For bank transfers, the full booking amount must be paid within 48 hours. The reservation is only confirmed once the full amount has been received and a written confirmation has been issued.

- Up to 15 days before arrival – 100% refund
- Within 14 days of arrival – 100% of the booking fee will be charged

Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure Check-in is contactless – we will send you the access codes on the day of arrival.
