To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant experience, we have gathered some useful information.

WIFI

We provide free WI-FI for our guests at Lombkabin.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is requested by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. With prior arrangement and subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated for an additional fee.
• Access codes to the house will be sent via email on the day of arrival. If you prefer a personal welcome, please let us know in advance.
• Upon departure, please ensure that the air conditioning, lights, outdoor grill are turned off, the house and garden gate are locked, and the key is returned to the key safe.
• We kindly ask you to maintain order and cleanliness. Please do not leave dirty dishes, food leftovers, or trash in the house or on the terrace.

House Rules

• Lombkabin is suitable for 2 guests. Only registered guests are allowed to stay; visitors are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Free parking is available on the public street in front of the entrance gate.
• Please maintain quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect the peace of the neighbors and forest wildlife. Parties and events are prohibited.
• Due to high fire risk, the use of candles, tealights, torches, fireworks, and firecrackers is strictly prohibited throughout Lombkabin. Please adhere to all fire safety regulations
• Do not leave charging cables plugged in or food unattended in the kitchen or on the outdoor grill. Do not place metal-containing dishes in the microwave.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house, including the use of IQOS and electronic cigarettes. An ashtray is provided on the terrace in front of the entrance for smokers.
• A fire extinguisher is located under the terrace near the jacuzzi.
• Household waste should be collected in the bins located in the kitchen and bathroom. When full, please place the bags in the bin next to the gate. Clean garbage bags can be found in the cabinet under the sink. The bin is emptied every Monday.
• Daily cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. For longer stays, the accommodation is cleaned weekly, and towels are changed.
• Please use all furnishings and appliances as intended. Do not take indoor furniture outside or rearrange the furniture.
• Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or belongings caused by misuse or violation of the House Rules.
• For hygiene purposes, please place sauna towels on the sauna benches and loungers. These can also be used in the jacuzzi.
• Ping pong paddles and balls are stored in the TV cabinet. Please return them after use.
• For security reasons, the entrance gate area is monitored by a security camera.
